Congratulations to Commander Daddy

Big day for Matt yesterday as he was officially promoted to Commander in the United States Navy. The girls had the honor of pinning his new silver oak leaves onto the collar and a small crowd of onlookers witnessed the promotion, and Arleigh, wreaking havoc around the room at NATO. The family was asked to stand in the front of the room with Matt, so someone else took photos. These are a few from the occasion...

Congratulations Matt,
a.k.a "Commander Daddy"
Just remember who's really in charge :) ...(Arleigh, right? )

Congratulations Matt! What great achievements you have made over the years with your career. I can remember driving your white Bronco around when you were what....a LTJG, I think.
Way to go....we will celebrate with cake once you make it to Hampton Roads. :)
