Sing, Sing a Song

Who didn’t hearken in ol' days to the Carpenters on the radio,
with the happy lyrics of “Sing a Song”.  Go ahead, at least hum it. The tune will come right back to you.
“Sing, sing a song.
Sing out loud.
Sing out strong.
Sing of good things, not bad.
Sing of happy, not sad

…Make it simple to last
your whole life long
Don’t worry that it’s not
Good enough for anyone
Else to hear
Just sing, sing a song”

May these little hearts always be filled with song. Better yet ‘happy not sad, and good things not bad’. Those tiny voices are growing stronger every day. Here are a few, short songs (in French) they wanted to share…

Oh! And dear, sticky, tired, sweaty, filthy, sweet, little children, please listen to your mother. In the joyous words of the Carpenters ”don’t worry that it’s not good enough, for anyone else to hear, just sing, sing a song!”
